SALES POLICY
All Internet sales are final.

RETURN POLICY
We describe all items to the best of our ability. Should you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please contact us prior to placing your order. If you feel an item has been misrepresented, please notify us via email within 3 days of receiving your item(s) along with a detailed explanation of why you want to return the item(s). Upon consideration and acceptance of your request, we will provide you with further instructions for returning the item(s).

We reserve the right to deny any requests for returns. Upon our receipt and inspection of any returned item(s), we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and any shipping and insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received within 7 days of the date from which you contacted us regarding the return.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Any price changes will be sent via e-mail prior to our processing your payment.

WARRANTY POLICY
No warranty is implied by Pool Spa USA™. All warranties on products offered on our site are handled through their manufacturers. At no time is Pool Spa USA responsible for covering any warranty claims on products they sell.

Feel free to call Pool Spa USA for phone numbers or web addresses of manufacturers. We deal only with reputable companies who warrant their products in a courteous and timely manner.

Note: Consumers are advised to retain all receipts for proof of purchase date and warranty information. It is the responsibility of the consumer to properly complete and return all warranty cards to the manufacturer within the specified time period. Failure to do so may result in a void warranty.

In order for a manufacturer to honor warranties on pumps, filters, heaters, these items must be installed and documented by a qualified service professional.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By placing an order and forwarding payment, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed above. Pool Spa USA reserves the right to refuse returns from individuals who do not meet the terms of our return policy as stated above.
