SHIPPING POLICIES

Prepaid shipping is for the continental USA only. If you're shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any place outside of the Continental US, please call (866) SPA-POOL (772-7665) or e-mail us for shipping rates. The shipping fees indicated on items when you order are based on UPS ground rates. However, some items will be too large or too heavy to ship by this method. If this is the case another method will be chosen. You will be notified of the shipping costs. In some cases the fees will be adjusted to meet the shipping companies rates. This could be higher or lower. There are some very large items that the shipping calculator does not support and will need to be charged separately to your credit card. You will be notified of this if it does occur.

All items shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) or by trucking company will be insured for the value of the item. In the event that an item becomes damaged during shipment, it is the responsibility of the consumer to report damages to both Pool Spa USA and the shipping company within three days of receiving the item. If notification is not received during the three day period, the consumer will become responsible for the condition of the item. You will receive information from Pool Spa USA regarding your tracking number or Pro# if shipped by freight.

If an item arrives in a damaged container, it is the responsibility of the consumer to inspect the item for damage before signing the shipping receipt.

Shipments By Truckline
All items are shipped curbside only. We do not pay residential delivery fees, if any, or for a liftgate truck. For truck-delivered items such as pool kits and spas, the receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise.

Deliveries within a local distance of 30 miles of the following three zip codes may receive either lower shipping costs or in some cases free delivery: 49120, 49031, 49112, Southwest Michigan.
