The Garden Leisure spas featured on this website are manufactured by Dynasty Spas Inc., who stands behind its products as stated in its written warranties.

Fifteen Year Shell Structure
The manufacturer warrants the fiberglass and H.D.P.E. shell structure against water loss due to defects in material and/or workmanship for 15 years from the date of delivery.

Five Year Surface Finish of Shell
The manufacturer warrants the surface against blisters, cracks, or delamination due to defects in material and/or workmanship for 5 years from the date of delivery.

Three Year Equipment/Component Labor
The manufacturer warrants all electrical components to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for 3 years on parts and 3 years on labor, from the date of delivery.

One Year Ancillary Systems
The manufacturer warrants all ancillary electrical systems and mechanical components to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase. Ancillary electrical systems includes stereo unit, stereo remote, power supply and stereo speakers.

One Year Cabinet Warranty
The manufacturer warrants the sythetic cabinet material to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for 1 year. This warranty specifically covers the cabinet's structural integrity exclusive of surface stain, including all integral bonded joints. The cosmetic finish is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of initial delivery. Fading and weathering of the surface will occur naturally over time, and are not defects.
